TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “SETTLEMENT REBATE” PROMOTION BY DAHUA SEP 2025

The following are the terms and conditions for the “Settlement Rebate” promotion by Dahua (“Promotion”) commencing in September 2025.

  1. The Promoter is Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ABN 80 606 391 235 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd ABN 49 606 391 922 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000, and Dahua Group Sydney Development Pty Ltd ABN 65 621 536 990 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
  2. The Promotional Period will take place from 12:00pm AEST on Monday 8th September 2025 until 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 31st of October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Only natural persons aged 18 years of age or older (“Participant”) are eligible for the Promotion.
  4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other campaign, offer, incentive, reward or promotions (exclusive of Building Compliance Rebate), of the Promoter unless being specified.
  5. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must:
    1. be issued a Sales Advice Form during the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s Sales Advice Form can be obtained by contacting the Promoter’s Master selling agency Urban Land and Housing Group Pty Ltd ABN 47 105 373 233;
    2. complete (where applicable), sign and provide to the Promoter’s Master selling agent the Sales Advice Form during the Promotional Period.
    3. exchange contracts for a residential lot within the Promoter’s Menangle Park master planned community (“Contract of Sale”) within 7 days from the contract issue date and no later than 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 31st of October 2025;
    4. pay 5% deposit of the contract price on or before the time of exchange as required under the Contract of Sale.
  6. This Promotion is limited to the following lots: 3429, 3430, 3431, 3432, 3433 and 3439.
  7. Eligible Participants who comply with clause 5 and purchase one of the lots listed in clause 6 will receive a settlement rebate on top of the listing price of the lot, and the rebate amount listed in below:

  9. Settlement Rebate:
    For the purposes of this Promotion, a Settlement Rebate means a rebate that is only applied and payable upon settlement of the relevant lot, in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that no Settlement Rebate will be payable prior to settlement of the lot under any circumstances.
  10. The Promoter will collect and use each Participant’s personal information for the purposes of:
    1. conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purposes of conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Promotion.
    2. providing information to the Participant about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies; and
    3. research for the Promoter’s related products and services.
  11. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in clause 9.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all Participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
  13. Each Participant agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Promotion, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each Participant authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
  14. It is the responsibility of each Participant to notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details.
  15. To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable to the Participants for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, cancel, or extend the Promotion at any time without liability to any Participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the Participants if they breach any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  18. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
  19. Photographs and artist’s impressions depicting the Menangle Park project and surrounding area are intended as a guide only and subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any information contained in the promotion advertisements.
  20.
