We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Members

  1. In order to access the services provided on this website, you must become a member. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page. Please refer to our Privacy Policy linked on our home page for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration.
  2. You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.
  3. On registration, we provide you with a password. On registration you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

  1. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
  2. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

  1. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
  2. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice.     Jurisdiction
  2. These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in NSW and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
  3. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

  1. We undertake to take all due care with any information including Comments which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
  2. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our home page.

Release 7 Promotion

 

These are the terms and conditions for the “Release 7 Promotion” (Promotion) which is offered by Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ACN 606 391 235 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201-217 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).

PROMOTION OFFER

Subject to the terms and conditions below (and the provisions of the contract for sale of land in respect of any sales) the Promoter will provide a discount of $25,000 on the list price for the sale of selected vacant lots within “Release 7” at Menangle Park during the term of the Promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promotion period commences at 9:00AM on Friday, 22 March 2019 and will end at 4:00PM on Sunday, 21 April 2019 (Promotion Period).
  2. The Promotion applies to Purchasers who purchase vacant lots:
    1. within “Release 7” at Menangle Park (as defined by the Promoter);
    2. which are offered for sale by the Promoter during the Promotion Period; and
    3. which are offered at a list price (i.e.; ordinary, non-discounted price) of $375,000 or more in respect of vacant lots,

    (an Eligible Property).

  3. To be eligible to receive the Promotion, purchasers must:
    1. within the Promotion Period – commit to purchasing an Eligible Property by paying a $1,000 holding deposit to the Promotor or its authorised sales agents; and
    2. within 21 days after the date on which the Promotor or its lawyers issues a sale contract for an Eligible Property to the purchaser (or the purchaser’s nominated representative) – duly sign and return the sale contract to the Promoter’s nominated lawyers together with the full 10% deposit required under the sale contract and any other items required under the sale contract,

    (Eligible Purchasers).

  4. The discount available under this Promotion will be provided to Eligible Purchasers by of a reduction to the list price of an Eligible Property in the amount of $25,000 in respect of vacant lots,
    which will be made at the time of issuing the sale contract to the Eligible Purchaser. The sale contract issued to the Eligible Purchaser will reflect the discounted price for the Eligible Property, no further discounts apply. The Promoter reserves its rights not to enter into any sale contracts which do not satisfy the requirements in clause 3 (above).
  5. The discount available under this Promotion is non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. House and Land Packages selling from $650,000 (after the discount of $25,000) may vary subject to build costs set out under Building Contracts between builders and purchasers.
  7. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties regarding:
    1. the eligibility of purchasers to claim or receive any government incentives including in relation to the “First Home Buyer Assistance scheme”, the “First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) scheme” or any other schemes, concessions or grants; or
    2. the extent to which such incentives may apply to land or other products which the Promoter may sell.
    3. Purchasers must make their own enquiries and obtain independent advice regarding any such incentives.
  8. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the provisions of a sale contract for an Eligible Property, the provisions of the sale contract prevail.
  9. The Promoter is not liable to Eligible Purchasers for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with an Eligible Purchaser’s participation in this Promotion.
  10. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions in connection with an Eligible Property.
  11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

“Menangle Park”, Menangle Park | 2020 November Promotion

 

These are the terms and conditions for the “2020 November Promotion” (Promotion) which is offered by Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ACN 606 391 235 and/or Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd ACN 606 391 922  of Suite 2, Level 20, 201-217 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (jointly as the Promoter).

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period commences at 9:00AM on 2 November 2020 and will end at 5:00PM on 29th November 2020. (Promotion Period).
  2. The Promotion applies to Purchasers who purchase the following vacant lots listed in Schedule A within the development, “Menangle Park”, Menangle Park (Eligible Property).
  3. To be eligible to receive the Promotion, purchasers must:
  4. within the Promotion Period – commit to purchasing an Eligible Property by paying a $2,500 holding deposit to the Promotor or its authorised sales agents;
  5. within 14 days after the date on which the Promotor or its lawyer issues a sale contract for an Eligible Property to the purchaser – execute a sale contract for an Eligible Property; and
  6. settle the property on or before the Completion Date noted on the Contract – settle the Contract of Sale for the Eligible Property.

(Eligible Purchasers)

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions, the Promoter will provide the following discount for the sale of the Eligible Property in accordance with the table below:

  1. The discount(s) available under this Promotion is non‑transferrable, non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “5% DEPOSIT” PROMOTION BY DAHUA

 

The following are the terms and conditions for the “5% Deposit” promotion by Dahua (“Promotion”) in July 2023.

  1. The Promoter is Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ABN 80 606 391 235 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd ABN 49 606 391 922 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”)
  2. The Promotional Period will take place from 12:00am on Saturday 1st of July 2023 until 11:59pm on Monday 31st July 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Only natural persons aged 18 years of age or older (“Participant”) are eligible for the Promotion.
  4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other campaign, offer, incentive, reward or promotions (exclusive of Building Compliance Rebate), of the Promoter.
  5. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must:
    1. complete (where applicable), sign and provide to Promoter’s Master selling agent the Sales Advice Form during the Promotional Period. The Promoter’s Sales Advice Form can be obtained by contacting the Promoter’s Master selling agency Urban Land and Housing Group Pty Ltd ABN 47 105 373 233;
    2. exchange contracts for a residential lot within the Promoter’s Menangle Park master planned community (“Contract of Sale”) within 7 days from the contract issue date;
    3. the exchanged Contract of Sale must include a special condition allowing for the payment of the deposit in two instalments:
      1. First instalment being 5% of the price being paid at the time of exchange;
      2. Second instalment being another 5% of the price being due the later of the completion date or the date that is made essential for completion in a valid notice to complete that has been served; and
    4. pay 5% of the price at the time of exchange as required under the Contract of Sale.
  6. The Promoter and Participant acknowledge and agree that reference to a “5% Deposit” in this Promotion involves the payment of the deposit in two instalments as outlined above in clause 5(c).
  7. The Promoter will collect and use each Participant’s personal information for the purposes of:
    1. conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purposes of conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Promotion;
    2. providing information to the Participant about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies; and
    3. research for the Promoter’s related products and services.
  8. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in clause 7 & 10.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
  10. Each Participant agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Promotion, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each Participant authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
  11. It is the responsibility of each Participant to notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details.
  12. To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable to the Participants for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, or extend the Promotion at any time without liability to any Participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the Participants if they breach any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  15. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
  16. All information of promotion advertisements is correct at the time of publication (28/06/2023).
