Terms and Conditions for the “Menangle Park Display Village Family Fun Day Lucky Draw” promotion by Dahua June 2026

The following are the terms and conditions for the “Menangle Park Display Village Family Fun Day Lucky Draw” promotion by Dahua (“Promotion”) commencing in June 2026.

  1. The Promoter is Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ABN 80 606 391 235 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd ABN 49 606 391 922 of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”)
  2. The Promotional Period will take place from 11:00am to 2:00pm AEST on Saturday 20th of June 2026. (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Eligibility to Enter
  1. To participate, entrants must visit five (5) different builders within the Menangle Park Display Village;
  2. Entrants must collect one (1) coloured stamp from each builder. The required stamp colours are: Black, Blue, Green, Purple, and Red;
  3. Builder stamp colour codes are shown on the Display Village map; and
  4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and residents of New South Wales. Employees of the Promoter, participating builders, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  1. Entry Requirements
  1. Only entries that include all five (5) different coloured stamps will be deemed valid;
  2. Completed entries must be placed into the designated entry barrel located on the Sales Centre deck;
  3. Limit of one (1) entry per person;
  4. Multiple entries by the same individual including entries under different names or aliases, will be disqualified; and
  5. Entries that are incomplete, altered, forged, or otherwise tampered with will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to inspect and verify all stamps.
  1. Prizes
  1. There are six (6) prizes to be won, each consisting of a $500 Woolworths Gift Card;
  2. Total prize pool value: $3,000; and
  3. Woolworths Gift Cards are subject to Woolworths terms and conditions.
  1. Draw Details
  1. Prize draws will take place on the event day at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, and 2:00pm AEST.
  2. Two (2) winners will be drawn at each prize draw time;
  3. Entrants must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize; and
  4. If the drawn entrant is not present, the prize will be redrawn immediately.
  1. General Conditions
  1. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions;
  2. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions;
  3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash; and
  4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or damaged entries.
  1. The Promoter will collect, hold and use each Participant’s personal information, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at dahuaaustralia.com.au/privacy-policy/, as amended from time to time) for the purposes of:
  1. conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purposes of conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Promotion;
  2. providing information to the Participant about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies; and
  3. research for the Promoter’s related products and services.
  1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in clause 8 & 11.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
  3. Each Participant agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Promotion, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each Participant authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
  4. It is the responsibility of each Participant to notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details.

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable to the Participants for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under Australian Law that cannot be excluded.
