The following are the terms and conditions for the “Menangle Park Display Village Family Fun Day Kids Colouring Competition” promotion by Dahua (“Promotion”) commencing in June 2026.

  1. Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions for the “Menangle Park Display Village Family Fun Day Kids Colouring Competition” (“Competition”) promoted by Dahua.

  1. Promoter

The Promoter is Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd (ABN 80 606 391 235) of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd (ABN 49 606 391 922) of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).

  1. Competition Period

The Competition will take place during the Menangle Park Display Village Family Fun Day on Saturday 20 June 2026, 11:00 am – 1:00pm. (“Competition Period”).

  1. Eligibility to Enter

To be eligible to participate:

  • Entrants must be aged 8 years or under at the time of entry;
  • Entrants must be residents of New South Wales; and
  • A parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) must assist the entrant with entry submission.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  1. How to Enter
  • To participate, entrants must complete their colouring artwork at the designated craft tent during the event;
  • Colouring entries must be completed on-site. Artwork completed off-site will not be accepted;
  • A Guardian must submit the entry by completing the Competition Submission Form ; and
  • Only entries submitted online together with the uploaded artwork will be deemed valid.
  1. Entry Conditions
  • Limit of one (1) entry per child;
  • Multiple entries submitted on behalf of the same child will be disqualified;
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, or not submitted via the online form will be deemed invalid; and
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, including age and residency.
  1. Judging
  • Judging will take place at the event at 1:30pm AEST;
  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, effort, and overall presentation as determined by the Promoter; and
  • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Prizes

There are three (3) prizes to be won:

  • 1st Place: $150 Woolworths Gift Card
  • 2nd Place: $100 Woolworths Gift Card
  • 3rd Place: $50 Woolworths Gift Card

Total prize pool value: $300.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Woolworths Gift Cards are subject to Woolworths’ standard terms and conditions.

  1. Winner Announcement
  • Winners will be announced at the event following judging;
  • Winners (or their Guardians) must be present to accept the prize; and
  • If a winner is not present, the Promoter reserves the right to contact the Guardian using the details provided in the online submission.
  1. Privacy

The Promoter will collect , hold and use each participant’s and Guardian’s personal information, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://dahuaauastralia.com.au/privacy-policy/, as amended from time to time), for the purposes of:

  • Conducting the Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for this purpose);
  • Promotional purposes, including public statements and advertisements in relation to the Competition;
  • Providing information about products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies; and
  • Research for the Promoter’s related products and services.

By entering, Guardians consent on behalf of the entrant to the collection and use of personal information as described above.

  1. Publicity

Each entrant and their Guardian agree to participate and cooperate in any publicity activities relating to the Competition, including being photographed or filmed. The Promoter may use such material for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity.

  1. General Conditions
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions;
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency;
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or corrupted entries; and
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Competition.
