Stage 3 Construction Set To Get Underway At Dahua Group Australia’s Billion Dollar Plus Masterplan Community – Menangle Park

Following the successful completion of Stage 1 and Stage 2A, Dahua Group Australia (DGA) is pleased to announce that it will begin to commence construction of 331 new lots in the coming months, following approval of Stage 3 South at its masterplanned development, Menangle Park.

The timely commencement of this stage marks another major milestone for the masterplanned community and heralds a new era of convenience for residents. DGA, will deliver this stage in partnership with the appointed civil contractor Western Earthmoving and superintendent Benaiah Project Management.

Associate Director, Development, Robert Fischer said the latest stage included construction of 331 new vacant residential lots and expects that 2022 will be an even bigger year at Menangle Park. “It will be very exciting to see the first homes of Stage 1 to be completed later this year and for the first residents to be moving in the following year,” said Mr Fischer.

Graham Ragg, Managing Director, Western Earthmoving expressed his excitement on working with DGA again on such a milestone project after recently completing the ‘The Ridgeway’ development and currently working on ‘1881 Tullimbar’.
