Menangle Park Stage 4 South Rural Lots – FY26 Settlement Rebate Lucky Draw Promotion Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for the “Menangle Park Stage 4 South Rural Lots FY26 Settlement Rebate Lucky Draw Promotion” (“Promotion”) by Dahua (“Promoter”).

  1. Promoter

The Promoter is:

  • Dahua Group Sydney Project 2 Pty Ltd ABN 80 606 391 235;
  • Dahua Group Sydney Project 3 Pty Ltd ABN 49 606 391 922; and
  • Dahua Group Sydney Development Pty Ltd ABN 65 621 536 990of Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 12 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 15 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of New South Wales (“Participant”).
  • This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or incentive (exclusive of Building Compliance Rebate) of the Promoter unless otherwise specified.
  1. Eligible Lots

This Promotion is strictly limited to the following Stage 4 South rural lots:
4838, 4842, 4843, 4852, 4854, 4857, 4858, 4859

  1. Entry Requirements

To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, the Participant must:

  • Pay an initial deposit for an eligible rural lot on or after 12 June 2026;
  • Exchange contracts for an eligible rural lot on or before 5:00pm AEST on 15 July 2026; and
  • pay 5% deposit of the contract price on or before the time of exchange as required under the Contract of Sale.
  1. Lucky Draw Qualification
  • The lucky draw will only proceed if a minimum of three (3) eligible lots listed in clause 4 are exchanged during the Promotion Period.
  • If the conditions in clause 5 are met, and a minimum of three (3) eligible lots listed in clause 4 are exchanged during the Promotional Period, all Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions will automatically qualify for entry into a lucky draw.
  • The lucky draw to be held at 2pm on 16th July 2026, at the offices of the Promoter, being Suite 2, Level 20, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 where one (1) winner will be randomly selected in the presence of at least one independent witness to receive a $30,000 Settlement Rebate, subject to settlement taking place on or before 28th August 2026. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner will be published on the Promoter’s website within 7 days of the draw and may also be published in EDM communications and on the Promoter’s social media channels.
  1. Settlement Requirement
  • The winning Participant must complete settlement of their purchased lot on or before 5:00pm AEST on 28th August 2026 to be eligible to receive the Settlement Rebate.
  • Failure to settle by this date will render the Participant ineligible for the rebate.
  1. Settlement Rebate Definition

For the purposes of this Promotion:
A Settlement Rebate means a rebate that is only applied and payable upon settlement of the relevant lot in accordance with the Contract of Sale.
No rebate will be paid prior to settlement under any circumstances.

  1. Privacy and Personal Information

By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge and agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and consent to the Promoter collecting and using personal information:

  • to conduct the Promotion;
  • for marketing and promotional purposes;
  • for research and product improvement;
    as outlined in the original promotion framework.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy – Dahua Australia

  1. Verification and Disqualification
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Participant details at any time.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any Participant who provides false or misleading information.
  1. Publicity

Participants agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities if required, including photography and media use by the Promoter.

  1. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion.

  1. General Conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or extend the Promotion at any time subject to applicable laws.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  • This Promotion is authorised under NSW Trade Promotion Permit Number TP/04539.
