Following settlement, you may receive a council rates notice for your property.
As council rates are adjusted at settlement, Dahua will cover the applicable rates period as outlined in your settlement statement adjustment. To allow us to process payment on your behalf, please submit your rates notice below.

A clear photo or PDF of the council rates notice
The document must clearly show:

Amount due
BPAY details
Property address

Once received, our team will review the notice and arrange payment in accordance with your settlement adjustments.
