Living Life At Your Own Pace Inspires Latest Dahua Group Australia Master Planned Community Development – Menangle Park

Menangle Park - Home Hero

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 16 July 2018 – Dahua Group Australia (DGA) today unveils its plans to deliver a brand new master planned community in South Western Sydney’s growth corridor – Menangle Park, as part of the re-imagination of Campbelltown-Macarthur, which is set to transform the area into a vibrant, contemporary ‘Parkland Town’ on the banks of the Nepean River.

Located just ten minutes from Campbelltown city centre and approximately 65km from Sydney CBD, Menangle Park will create an active and engaged community, featuring a new local town centre; as well as education, health, sports and community infrastructure; plus expansive parklands, playgrounds and pathways.

Menangle Park will be a destination of wellbeing, and the development will encourage residents to ‘Live Life At Their Own Pace’ as they emerge themselves in the plethora of open spaces that encourage movement, social opportunity and connectivity amongst their neighbours.

“In line with our ongoing support for the Campbelltown-Macarthur community, our team have taken into account the vision of the locals and have aimed to redefine the area whilst preserving its history and culture. The focus has been on creating an active, engaged, walkable neighbourhood as well as a community that provides its residents with a range of considered opportunities, including education, retail, hospitality, entertainment, commercial, employment, as well as community amenities” said Eric Li, Chief Executive Officer, Dahua Group Australia NSW/QLD.

“Menangle Park will be one of South West Sydney’s most anticipated residential communities. It will act as a destination location promising exceptional amenity and community assets from day one,” Mr Li said.

Further to this commitment to building a deep and engaged community, Dahua’s design also aims to celebrate the history and beauty of the site’s natural surrounds, which were previously used for rural and agricultural purposes. Its experiential vision will harmoniously align with the Australian Botanical Gardens, Club Menangle and the Nepean River, leveraging the sites heritage and natural environment. This incorporates the inclusion of recreational walking and cycling tracks, picnic and barbeque facilities and outdoor fitness stations.

The Menangle Park development project, estimated at $1.5 billion, comes off the back of DGA’s successful New Breeze master planned community in Bardia, which became one of the fastest selling projects in the South West and has already achieved 750 land sales, resulting in $340 million of interim revenue.

Menangle Park will be accepting registrations from 23 July 2018.
