Dahua Group’s Menangle Park Development Offers Buyers ‘Land’ Of Opportunity

Menangle Park - Masterplan Hero

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 2 AUGUST 2018 – Set in the heart of South West Sydney’s growth corridor, Dahua Group Australia’s (DGA) new master planned community development – Menangle Park is set to offer prospective buyers ‘land’ of opportunity ahead of its first lot release in the burgeoning region.

Responding to the overwhelming demand for housing in Sydney’s South West after the success of its New Breeze development in Bardia – which became one of the fastest selling developments in the South West, DGA will launch Release One of Menangle Park next month as part of the 4000-dwelling community. Release one will consist of approximately 30 lots of various sizes that would appeal to multiple types of buyers.

It has been well documented that Menangle Park is located in one of the most prolific current and future growth areas in South West Sydney, fast becoming the centrepiece of economic growth for the region. Infrastructure investment in Campbelltown-Macarthur alone is reported as being the most significant to-date, which includes the South West Rail Link and recently announced North-South Rail Link – connecting Macarthur station to the Western Sydney Airport, in addition to the future Outer Sydney Orbital.

Forward planning on transport maximises the opportunity to mitigate traffic congestion in advance, which more often than not is rarely an option in rapidly expanding cities where solutions must often be retrofit to cope with demand. Notwithstanding, the proposed Spring Farm Parkway extension, which will see a planned arterial road linking Menangle Park residents to the Hume Highway.

In addition, the increase in population in South West Sydney is being supported by the development of the employment stimulus and infrastructure that is expected to result from Western Sydney Airport and the emergence of Parramatta as Sydney’s second CBD, with areas such as Menangle Park expected to be beneficiaries.

The government forecasts 300,000 new residents, 110,000 new dwellings and 22,000 new jobs by 2031 in South West Sydney, which will make it a major employment and residential hub in the future.

Campbelltown City Council’s General Manager, Lindy Deitz “I look forward to welcoming new residents to share the regions great future. The new master planned community at Menangle Park will be well connected, with residents only 5-10 minutes from our Regional City Centre, its health and education precinct and the proposed sporting Centre of excellence”.

Eric Li, CEO, Dahua Group Australia NSW & QLD said “Menangle Park will offer a vast array of housing options for various lifestyles and budgets, in addition to generating valuable jobs for the city both during construction and as the community evolves. Eventually, the community will deliver residential, commercial, employment, educational and recreational facilities”.

Residents of Menangle Park will also be treated to 41 hectares of total usable open space comprised of local parks, district parks, and sports fields and bicycle tracks.

Expressions of Interest for Menangle Park are now open.
