Dahua Group Australia Completes Stage One Of Its $1.5 Billion Dollar Plus Development Menangle Park

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA –  11 OCTOBER 2021 – Despite the challenges the construction industry has faced over the last year due to COVID-19 restrictions, Dahua Group Australia (DGA) is excited to announce it has delivered the first stage of its estimated $1.5 billion dollar development Menangle Park, in addition to a variety of critical services and infrastructure.

The timely delivery of this stage marks a major milestone for the master planned community and heralds a new era of convenience for residents, with DGA in partnership with Stage 1 civil appointed contractor JK Williams Contracting (JKW) and Superintendent Benaiah, delivering over 300 residential lots, preparing for settlement of Stage 1, allowing for the construction of over 200 homes to commence by the end of the year.

Menangle Park also recently launched its Stage 3 release, located near the Menangle Rd Land Sales Office, which has land ranging from 300m2 to 1,800m2.
