Stage 3 South Land Settlements To Commence At Menangle Park

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA –  18 December 2023 – Dahua Group Australia (DGA) is pleased to announce that it has registered its first three sub-stages of Stage 3 in the southern precinct of its premium $1.5billion masterplanned development – Menangle Park.

Perfectly positioned next to the upcoming Southern Riparian Park, featuring exercise stations and picnic areas, and conveniently within walking distance to the future sports ground, the timely approval of this stage marks a significant milestone, ushering in a new era of convenience for residents. Further Stage 3 sub-stages are anticipated to be registered in the first quarter of 2024, with settlements scheduled to commence shortly after.

Associate Director, Development, Robert Fischer said the latest Stage registrations will see the construction of 170 plus homes, with further registrations on the way, and expects that 2024 will be an even bigger year at Menangle Park.

“We’ve had the pleasure of seeing our first residents settle into the community this year. Now, with the approval of these sub-stages, and the diverse mix of housing as part of the south precinct, we can only expect that it will further enhance the energetic culture and community we have enjoyed this year,” said Mr Fischer.

“Plus, with the addition of the new display village that will commence construction early next year and is poised to open in early 2025, there are further milestones expected to be reached over the next 12 months or so,” Mr Fischer furthered.

Recently speaking to Menangle Park first homebuyers Maddy and Declan, who formed part of the first arrival of residents earlier in the year, about why they chose Menangle Park as the community for their new home, they said it was an easy decision to make due to the estate being “beyond their expectations” and just love “walking their dogs with the beautiful country scenery as a backdrop, playing trivia with their neighbours at the Menangle Park Country Club across the road, and heading to Menangle Corner Shop for a coffee”.

Despite the rise in interest rates, cost of living pressures and general economic environment, Menangle Park continued to experience a very strong year in sales, with momentum building month on month, and demand expected to remain strong given the premium, convenient and diverse nature of Menangle Park’s offering and its wealth of both onsite and local amenities.

Encompassing a total of 498-hectares, located just ten minutes from Campbelltown city centre, and approximately 67km from Sydney CBD, Menangle Park will deliver over 4,000 homes upon completion, and offer its residents the best in modern amenities including a substantial future town centre with retail, dining, shopping and markets; 41 hectares of quality open space and dedicated sporting reserves; education, health, sports and community infrastructure; and direct motorway access to the Hume Highway via the new Spring Farm Parkway.

The unwavering, extremely high demand at Menangle Park, continues to illustrate the evolution of this dynamic, fast-growing community in South West Sydney.
